"Working Together" Based on the Myers-Briggs personality classifications, this book is an excellent resource for anyone interested in building successful teams.

"The Bully At Work" For business leaders and managers who want a productive workplace and for anyone who needs to deal with a difficult person at work.

"The Leader as Martial Artist : Techniques and Strategies for Resolving Conflict and Creating Community" This is a very interesting book that will help you understand the dynmaics of leadership from a psychological perspective.
