My Experience:
I worked for 3M Corporation for 15 years learning and providing world-class training and world-class customer service. I received many different awards and one for an innovative idea for the use of Post-It-Notes ®.

I've been a trainer, consultant and coach for over 10 years in San Francisco and Silicon Valley and have worked with coaching clients from many nations. I've developed and delivered technical instruction using PBET (Performance Based Equipment Training) methodology on a variety of public and proprietary software and hardware products. I teach Critical Thinking, Business Research, Management, and General Studies courses for the both the University of Phoenix and the University of Phoenix Online. I'm also a mentor for new instructors for the University of Phoenix Online.

I've been a Member of the American Society for Training and Development since 1994 and am the Past President of the Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Chapter. I've also served as the chapter President-Elect, CFO and SIG Director. I'm a former member of: The San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, The International Coaching Federation, and Business Networking International.
