Here is a little information about me.

I worked for 3M Corporation for 15 years learning and providing world-class customer service and customer training. I received many different awards and one in particular for an innovative idea for the use of Post-It-Notes ®.

I've been a Trainer, Instructor, Coach, and Consultant  for over 16 years in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and Sacramento regions and I've worked with coaching clients from many countries.

I've developed and delivered technical instruction using PBET (Performance Based Equipment Training) methodology on a variety of public and proprietary software and hardware products.

I teach Critical Thinking, Business Research, Management, and General Studies courses for the The University of Phoenix, The University of Phoenix Online, Axia College, where I've also served as an Area Chair and New Faculty Mentor.

I am a former Member of the Golden Gate Chapter of the ASTD where I served on the Board of Directors as CFO, President-Elect, and President. 

I'm a former member of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce, The International Coaching Federation, and Business Networking International.
